About
Cassandra Aglietti
As a licensed clinical social work therapist, I have devoted my career to working with children and families since 2013. My deep passion lies in guiding individuals through the healing process, particularly those who are affected by childhood experiences that may be holding them back from becoming their best selves.

01.
Individual therapy, also known as psychotherapy or individual counseling, involves clients working one-on-one with a therapist. I help guide clients in pinpointing specific aspects of their lives they seek to change. Recognizing these areas is a critical step toward achieving personal goals and overcoming challenges.
02.
I specialize in facilitating the healing of complex trauma, a deep-seated wound that can cause significant pain, impact relationships, and limit our ability to respond compassionately to ourselves, others, and life's challenges, stressors, and triggers.
03.
Couples therapy, also known as marriage counseling, is a therapeutic approach aimed at improving the dynamics of a romantic relationship. I provide a safe space for partners to address issues and learn constructive communication techniques.
